By using turgame.com you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products

TURGAME sells digital gift cards, game keys, and subscription codes
from third-party platforms (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Google Play, iTunes,
and others). Codes are delivered electronically after payment clears.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older (or have parental consent) to make purchases.
By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in Turkish Lira (TRY) or USD as applicable and
include VAT where required. We accept credit/debit cards and other
regional payment methods. Payments are processed by third-party
processors (PayTR, Stripe, etc.).

4. Delivery

Digital codes are delivered by email and/or account order page within
minutes (typically instantly). If you do not receive your code within 60
minutes, contact support at [email protected].

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital codes, all sales are final once the code
has been delivered. We offer refunds only if: (a) the code is invalid or
already redeemed at time of delivery, or (b) we fail to deliver within 24
hours. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal purpose, including
money laundering, fraud, or purchase with stolen payment methods. We
reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders and refund the original
payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on turgame.com (logos, product images, text) is owned by
TURGAME or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute content
without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TURGAME is not responsible for the underlying service behind a code
(e.g., if a game publisher shuts down a service, we cannot refund a
previously-delivered key). Our liability is limited to the purchase
price of the affected order.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes
constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Disputes will be
resolved in Istanbul courts.
