Data Deletion Request

Per our Privacy Policy
and data protection laws (GDPR / KVKK), you have the right to request
deletion of your personal information held by TURGAME.

How to Request Deletion

Email us at [email protected] with:

• Subject line: Data Deletion Request
• Your registered email address (so we can locate your account)
• Optional: a brief reason (not required)

We will process your request within 30 days and
confirm via email once complete.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, address, preferences)
• Stored payment method tokens
• Email marketing subscription data
• Order-derived personal identifiers (orders themselves may be retained
  for tax purposes in anonymized form, per Turkish tax law)

What Cannot Be Deleted

• Financial transaction records required by Turkish tax law (retained 5
  years from order date, in minimized form)
• Records related to an active dispute or legal proceeding

Third-Party Services

If your data was shared with third parties (payment processor, email
service, advertising partners), we will notify those parties to delete
your information from their systems as well.
