Terms and Conditions of Use

Last updated: 7 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website at https://www.turgame.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Gelsin Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (“TURGAME”, “we”, “us”). By visiting or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the Site itself. They are not the contract under which you buy a digital code, and they are not your membership agreement. Section 3 explains which document governs what.

2. What we sell

TURGAME sells digital codes: game keys, gift cards, subscription codes and in-game currency for third-party platforms. Everything we sell is delivered as a code. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.

Each code you buy is hidden behind a “Show Code” button on your order page. The code is delivered to you when it is made available behind that button; you choose when to reveal it, and our systems record whether and when you have done so. Revealing a code matters: it is the point at which the sale becomes final. Section 5 summarises what that means for cancellations and refunds.

3. Which document applies to what

Several documents govern your relationship with TURGAME. Each covers a different thing:

If these Terms conflict with the Distance Sales Agreement or the Preliminary Information Form in relation to a purchase, those documents apply to that purchase. If they conflict with the Membership Agreement in relation to your account, the Membership Agreement applies.

4. Using the Site

4.1. You may use the Site to browse our catalogue, create an account, buy digital codes and contact us.

4.2. You must not:

  • use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including money laundering or paying with a payment method you are not authorised to use;
  • use the Site in a way that breaches public policy or public morality, or that disturbs, harasses or threatens other users;
  • infringe the intellectual property rights of TURGAME or of anyone else;
  • upload or transmit malicious code, or take any action intended to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site, its database or its content;
  • copy, scrape, alter or reverse-engineer any part of the Site;
  • use automated systems to place orders, harvest listings or prices, or create accounts.

4.3. If you breach section 4.2 we may restrict or block your access to the Site, and where you hold an account we may act under the Membership Agreement.

5. Buying a digital code

5.1. Purchases are governed by the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement you accept at checkout, not by these Terms. This section is a summary only.

5.2. Before you reveal the code. If you have not clicked “Show Code”, you can ask us to cancel the order and we will refund it in full. The code returns to stock. Open a ticket at https://www.turgame.com/my-account/support/new/ with your order number. This is a cancellation right TURGAME gives you voluntarily; requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Because it is a voluntary policy rather than a statutory right, it is subject to the fair-use limit set out in the Preliminary Information Form.

5.3. After you reveal the code. A digital code supplied instantly in an electronic environment falls within the exemption in Article 15/1(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği). When you click “Show Code” you are asking us to begin performance immediately and acknowledging that the right of withdrawal does not apply once you do. From that point the sale is final.

5.4. If something was wrong with the code. Section 5.3 does not affect your rights where the code was invalid or had already been redeemed when we delivered it, or where we failed to deliver within 24 hours. Those are conformity rights under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and they are not limited by the 7-day window in section 5.2.

5.5. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where VAT applies. We may correct a manifest pricing or listing error before a code is delivered; if we do, we will tell you and refund you in full if you do not wish to proceed.

6. Our content and intellectual property

6.1. TURGAME owns or licenses everything on the Site: the layout and design, text, images, the TURGAME name and logo, the turgame.com domain name, software, and the databases behind the catalogue.

6.2. You may view this material and print or download extracts for your own personal use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, translate, republish, transmit, distribute or make it available to the public, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. Breach may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

6.3. Platform names, game titles, logos and product images belonging to third parties remain the property of their owners. We use them to identify the products we sell.

7. Third-party links and platforms

7.1. The Site may link to websites we do not control. We provide those links for convenience and we are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices.

7.2. The codes we sell are redeemed on platforms operated by other companies — Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Google Play and others. We are not responsible for those platforms, their terms, their availability, or a publisher’s decision to change or discontinue a service. Your rights if a code we delivered does not work are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement.

8. Site availability and content accuracy

8.1. We work to keep the Site available and its information accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the Site for maintenance, security or legal reasons, and we will give notice where it is reasonably practicable to do so.

8.2. Catalogue information, including prices, stock and platform or region restrictions, may change and may occasionally be wrong. Where an error affects an order you have placed, section 5.5 applies.

8.3. We take reasonable measures to keep the Site free of viruses and malicious code, but we cannot guarantee this. You are responsible for your own device security and virus protection.

9. Our liability for use of the Site

9.1. This section is about your use of the Site. Our liability in relation to a purchase is dealt with in the Distance Sales Agreement.

9.2. We are liable for loss we cause you by failing to take reasonable care. We are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost data suffered in the course of a trade or profession.

9.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your mandatory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

10. Personal data and cookies

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy and Explicit Consent Form, all at https://www.turgame.com/personal-data-protection/. The Cookie Policy explains which cookies we set and how to give, change or withdraw your consent.

11. Changes to these Terms

11.1. We may change these Terms. The current version is always published on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.

11.2. Changes take effect when they are published and apply to your use of the Site from that point. They do not change the terms of an order you have already placed: each order is governed by the Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement you accepted at the time.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

12.2. For disputes that are not consumer disputes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Adana, Türkiye have jurisdiction.

12.3. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms restricts your right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) at your own place of residence or at the place where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits published each year by the Ministry of Trade.
